Rodrigo Rebouças de Almeida
Dr. Rodrigo is a software engineering lecturer and researcher at the Federal University of Paraíba, Brazil. Prof. Rodrigo is the head of AYTY, a software engineering laboratory, and coordinates research, development, and training projects in collaboration with IT companies. During the last 20 years, Rodrigo founded two startups, worked for Dataprev, a large government IT company, and conducted several projects on the following topics: business process management; technical debt management; design and implementation of development processes; software analysis and design; human resources (competency assessment); and management (OKR process deployment). He also plays and designs board games, and is the host of the software engineering podcast “Engenharia.software” (https://engenharia.software).
