Who are we?

O REACT Labs is a labs from University of Pernambuco (UPE), under coordination of prof Dr. Wylliams Barbosa Santos. The REACT Labs develops technical innovations in the field of Software Engineering. The topics of interest include but are not limited to: Agile Software Development, Technical Debt, Empirical Software Engineering, Industry-Academia Collaboration (IAC), and Digital Transformation.

It has technical-scientific collaboration with companies from the Pernambuco innovation ecosystem REACT Labs also has international cooperation with Lero – Irish Software Research Center – University of Limerick, Ireland and Lappeenr University of Technology (LUT), Finland. Currently, the laboratory has 3 researchers at the undergraduate level at UPE Caruaru and 5 master’s and 5 doctoral students from the Graduate Program in Computer Engineering (PPGEC – UPE).
