Doctoral candidate in Computer Engineering at UPE. One of the works I did was “Prioritization and transparency in software development: An action research in public administration”. I am currently researching the Artificial and Computational Intelligence Framework for Applications and Services Layer in the Public Sector with an Emphasis on Compliance with the guidance of Prof. Dr. Wylliams Santos and Prof. Dr. Fernando Buarque.
